            Analytical services, training in quality control,FSMS,ISO22000,HACCP,GMP,GHP,GAP product development, technical information, consultancy services, HACCP certification facilitation,FSMS Plan implementation as per FSSAI norms, mobile sample  collection facility at site, pre-export inspection and certification, training of technical staff in FSMS,HACCP,advanced instrumental analysis and microbiological testing.

IGNOU Study Centre 

           RFRAC has been nominated as a study centre for running Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety & Quality Management for eligible students. RFRAC is also planning to run various job oriented training programme viz: certificate in food and nutrition, certificate in food safety, diploma in value added products from fruits & vegetables, Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science & Technology, certificate in Beekeeping, certificate in Beekeeping and certificate in organic farming.

         To assist the food industry and trade in their export efforts through analysis and R&D for exportable food items.
         To provide pure & wholesome food to the consumers & raising the general standard of purity & nutrition.

         To launch various programs & schemes for quality system certification, safe food, Organic certification & obtain accreditation from international agencies.
         To make Regional Food Research and Analysis Centre as a Nodal Lab for food sector in Northern India.
         This lab will be helpful in implementing the coming Integrated Food Laws.
         To develop the lab as a land mark in the field of food testing and R&D work in global scenario.

R-FRAC A Centre of Excellence is public charitable organization established vide G.O.No.-322/58-2-2002-100(118) 2000 Dated – 05-05-2002 by Govt. of U.P. is registered under society of registration act 1860 to provide quality testing facility for various food, food products, water etc. It functions on no profit no loss basis as autonomous body having 16 member governing council of officials from UP Govt., Govt. of India, MFPI, Technocrats, Associations, Food Processor’s Association, Large, Small Cottage industry, Experts from eminent research & training institutes are the members. The lab is working w.e.f Dated-19-10-2004.RFRAC was established as an analysis and testing facility to provide reliable and accurate analysis services to the food processing industries in India. 
          RFRAC is committed to provide analysis of consistently high quality, satisfying the needs and expectations of the customers and statutory requirements, so that they serve their intended purpose leading to total customer satisfaction
